Reducing Environmental Impact
We strive to minimize pollution, waste, natural resource consumption, and emissions throughout our operations. Our commitment to recycling and promoting re-use practices is ingrained in our processes.
Replenishing Natural Resources
We understand the importance of offsetting negative impacts, and therefore, we actively support causes that help replenish or sustain natural green and forested habitats. As part of this endeavor, we have entered into a trail adoption agreement with the Kota Damansara Community Forest, in collaboration with the Selangor Forestry Department.
Ethical Responsibility
Fair treatment is at the core of our ethical responsibility. "United Sikhs" Event
Securight recently participated in the “United Sikhs” event in collaboration with the local Sikh community at the renowned Wadda Gurdwara Sahib. This initiative, part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, aimed to make a positive impact and contribute to the well-being of society.
The event included a food drive where volunteers prepared and distributed nutritious meals to those in need, addressing food insecurity and promoting unity. Interactive workshops on education, health, and social welfare were also conducted, providing valuable knowledge and resources to empower individuals. Through our collaboration with the Sikh community and this event, we reaffirm our commitment to giving back and making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and communities we serve.

Securight Care Program
(SC-Program)
At Securight, we have always prioritized the well-being of our guards. Ensuring their comfort and providing them with essential amenities has been a constant focus for us. However, we realized that there is a deeper need to address the mental and emotional welfare of our guards, leading us to establish the Securight Care Program (SC-Program).
The SC-Program was born out of our concern for the welfare of our guards, especially in light of alarming statistics revealing the vulnerability of Nepalese guards to stress, depression, and tragic consequences. To tackle this issue, we embarked on a holistic approach that recognizes the significance of mental fitness as a vital and complementary component to physical well-being.
As part of the program, we organize weekly soulful satsang sessions, fostering an environment that addresses mental well-being alongside health care and comprehensive training. Understanding the physical and psychosocial demands placed on our guards, we have partnered with M/s Drona Dewi, a reputable trainer and licensed mental health first aider with expertise in wellness programs. Through their guidance and support, we aim to equip both our local and foreign guards with the mental resilience needed to cope with the challenges of their work environment and the emotional strain of being away from home.
Securight is committed to providing a comprehensive support system for our guards, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional aspects. The SC-Program reflects our dedication to their overall well-being and ensures that they can perform their duties effectively while enjoying a balanced and fulfilling life.
Sports Activities
Securight is committed to promoting sports activities as a vital aspect of our CSR initiatives. We are proud to have sponsored the Penang youth hockey team in the prestigious 70th and 71st National Gurdwara Cup tournaments. Their exceptional talent and dedication led them to emerge as champions in both years, showcasing their remarkable skills on the field.
In addition to supporting youth hockey, we also sponsored the Malaysian Hockey Veterans for the Masters Asia Cup tournament held in Donghae, South Korea. The team’s outstanding performance earned them the coveted Gold medal, demonstrating their experience and expertise in the sport.
At Securight, we firmly believe in the power of sports to foster physical well-being, mental development, and social growth among our youth. By providing sponsorship and encouragement, we actively contribute to nurturing athletic talent, promoting an active lifestyle, and shaping the future leaders of our community through sports.
Environmental Activities
As a testament to our commitment, we have recently established a trail adoption agreement with the Kota Damansara Community Forest in collaboration with the Selangor Forestry Department. This partnership spans the next two years and aims to preserve and protect this valuable natural resource.
